Arifa saw a need and at the same time a challenge among her fellow Indonesians. The challenge was to develop their skills and showcase their capabilities so they can have better lives. Turning that challenge into an opportunity, she has pioneered IDStar. IDStar aims to develop people and provide them with opportunities to learn, grow, and showcase their talents, especially in the IT landscape. She has been in the industry for more than 30 years, touching the lives of so many people. Her story, her journey, is far from over.
Ferdinand Prasetyo
Ferdinand’s passion for applying technology to everyday matters can be traced back to his childhood. Such as, when he recorded a Mickey Mouse episode into his parent’s wedding videotape. That was a valuable lesson. Now he integrates IT in the development and launch of startups. It is his job as CTO in IDStar to create road-maps and strategies around technological issues. He believes that technology can always improve everything and create better lives.
